574 St Kilda
Vantage Fitouts delivered a new workspace for Level 6 at 574 St Kilda Road. It's contemporary fitout and styling takes its cues from residential cues making it the ideal office suite for any corporate business.
WINDSOR
‘Change of use’ from residential to commercial was mandated in the transformation of this property.

Vantage Fitouts delivered a base building upgrade of One Chapel from a single owner occupier to a multi-tenanted building.

Specification Fitouts (Spec Fits) help activate vacant tenancies and progress commercial leasing. Vantage Fitouts focus on modifying the layout and introduce features to suit a broad range of organisational requirements.
CREMORNE
Circulation pathways through the work floor divides the tenancy into purposed built meeting rooms, collaborative areas and breakout spaces. A modern mixture of materials were used on this project, creating a textural experience typical to the developing business district .
120 COLLINS STREET
High quality fixtures and finishes were selected and executed for our clients fit out.
FABRIC
Modern exposed architectural features were selected for progressive software development company Fabric Group. Flexibility to modify and create new spaces was a key requirement to the open plan layout.
HENLEY HOMES
Large scale change management and relocation went into Henley Homes office development. Vantage Fitouts guided a team of client side representatives and building contractors through the design and construction schedule and ensured the needs of the staff were met with post construction support.
420 ST KILDA
Following successful delivery of the Ground Floor Foyer refurbishment. Vantage Fitouts rolled out base building upgrades through the remaining levels in accordance with the building’s capital works program.
