PROJECT BRIEF

Following successful delivery of the Ground Floor Foyer refurbishment.  Vantage Fitouts rolled out base building upgrades through the remaining levels in accordance with the building’s capital works program.

Bathrooms and lift lobbies were designed and refurbished with neutral finishes and modern fixtures and fittings. It was important that the design worked with a broad scope of tenant fit outs and reflected the expectations of modern commercial amenity.
