PROJECT BRIEF
Vantage Fitouts delivered a base building upgrade of One Chapel from a single owner occupier to a multi-tenanted building. New foyers and café were integrated into the ground floor and all levels sub divided into three different sized tenancies to suit leasing market demands. External rejuvenation and landscaping was delivered to reflect the scope and scale of the internal transformation.
